Activity

Founded 80 years ago, Lyon-based company PAREDES created the single-use market. It designs, manufactures, and distributes more than 8,000 innovative workplace hygiene and protection products and solutions.

The group, which employs 650 people, provides comprehensive, custom solutions to more than 25,000 customers each day in four sectors: healthcare, manufacturing, cleaning companies, and local authorities.

The project at a glance

PAREDES’ senior management team has embarked on a program to improve its information system to support the firm’s growth and its operational processes.

The program focuses in particular on raising customer service standards, by:

  • better managing sales forecasts
  • making supply management more reliable
  • managing capacity (stock and production) over the medium and long terms.

Hardis Group’s consultants, who specialize in advanced planning and scheduling (APS) system projects, supported PAREDES—on a project owner assistance basis—in deploying its chosen APS system: Azap.

« The consultants from Hardis Group provided our functional teams with methodological support. They also focused on improving the management of business processes, especially in terms of procurement and sales forecasting. »

Emilie CAPLAT, Chief Digital Officer, PAREDES
