Our customer is a major retail group specializing in children’s fashion. It designs and distributes collections for 12 luxury, high-end brands. The group provides a tailored service for its brands, spanning everything from sourcing raw materials, to selecting retail outlets and handling customer services.
Our customer decided to roll out the Talend ESB platform as it looked to set up reliable, at-scale data exchange flows between applications within its information system.
After helping the group’s IT team automate exchanges (connection, mediation, and distribution of data in real time through web services), Hardis Group supported the customer in deploying an application-based solution to monitor these flows, and the information system more generally, using the Elastic Cloud suite.

- Helped the customer set up ESB exchange flows
- Reviewed the customer’s requirements and drew up the specifications
- Designed and developed Talend ESB flows/routes
- Managed the Talend team
- Conducted occasional expertise and architecture audits and assignments
- Scoped and rolled out the application-based monitoring system
- Presented the Elastic suite and identified use cases
- Scoped business requirements in terms of application-based monitoring of the information system, and organized support activities
- Performed technical scoping and rolled out the Elastic cloud architecture
- Configured the suite and designed the reporting dashboards
