Grenoble, October 22, 2025 – Hardis Group has announced the creation of two new wholly owned subsidiaries, Hardis Tech Services and Hardis Supply Chain. With this restructure, the Group is aiming to fast-track growth in its long-established markets: digital transformation and IT services, supply chain software publishing, and the integration of customer and employee engagement tools (Salesforce and Workvivo).
Three “pure players” driving growth
Hardis Group now operates as a holding company with three subsidiaries: Hardis Supply Chain and Cloudity, both of which have an international reach, and Hardis Tech Services, which focuses exclusively on the French market. The new structure reaffirms the Group’s ambition to drive growth through robust, specialized brands—each with a distinctive strategic positioning, a strong identity, and a clear area of expertise—while leveraging the parent company’s reputation to support the two newly created subsidiaries.
The three entities are led by a seasoned management team. Stéphane Cotet takes the helm of Hardis Tech Services, drawing on his expertise in IT services and digital transformation. Florent Boizard heads up Hardis Supply Chain, focusing primarily on continuing the subsidiary’s international expansion. Olivier Ribeyre leads Cloudity France, while Pawel Sobczak oversees Cloudity operations in Central Europe and the DACH region.
This new structure marks another step forward in implementing our strategy of becoming a leading player in each of our areas of expertise. It will also make it easier for us to make new, targeted acquisitions.
Nicolas Odet, President of Hardis Group
Attracting talent and expanding career opportunities
The restructure will also enable Hardis Group to better attract new talent, with rewarding career opportunities on offer across its subsidiaries.
We see this new structure as a way of strengthening our employer brand. The Group will continue supporting its operational entities in areas such as HR, finance, legal affairs, IT, security, communication, and cross-functional programs.

- Hardis Group aligns the organization of its digital transformation consulting and digital services division with its “Tech for Business” mission. Its offering is restructured around five technological pillars. Its consulting activities are now organized by industry sector.
- A new position of Chief Technical and Operations Officer has been created. It has been entrusted to Michel Cordier, who has extensive experience in IT services companies.

Grenoble, April 23, 2025 – Hardis Group, an IT consulting and services company, a pure player Salesforce integrator, and a software publisher for the supply chain, announces significant changes within its digital transformation consulting and digital services division to align it with its “Tech for Business” mission. This mission aims to unlock the potential of technology to transform business, optimize the supply chain, and enhance customer performance.
A restructured offering around five technological pillars
To meet the expectations and needs of companies, particularly mid-sized businesses, and to offer support aligned with current technological market challenges, the Services division’s offering has been reorganized around five key areas: data, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud, and sustainable digital technology.
“At the same time, the sales and marketing organization has been redesigned to develop sales of these high-potential market offerings,” explains David Vacca, Director of the Services Division at Hardis Group.
A sector-based reorganization of consulting activities
Simultaneously, the consulting activity is being reorganized by sector. Johan Cote takes over its management, aiming to develop consulting services for mid-sized companies and large enterprises, particularly in Île-de-France and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
The Insurance-Mutual sector, created in 2021, is now headed by Jérôme Blanchard. Two new sectoral divisions have been added: one dedicated to industry and services, led by Cyprien Pouzargue, and another focused on the Retail-Distribution-Luxury sector, headed by David Perrais. The latter was recently recruited for his 25 years of experience in the sector, notably at companies such as Galeries Lafayette, SMCP, Decitre, and Frans Bonhomme.
“This sector-based organization aims to closely address the strategic challenges of our mid-sized and large clients and their operational realities, helping them convert the promises of technologies particularly AI into real business value,” adds Nicolas Odet, President of Hardis Group.
Establishment of technical and operational governance
Finally, a technical and operational governance structure has been set up, with the creation of the Chief Technical and Operations Officer role, entrusted to Michel Cordier. With over 30 years of experience in various IT services companies, including Capgemini, Steria, and SQLI, his missions include developing Hardis Group’s visibility in Île-de-France and forming new technological and commercial partnerships, especially with major market players or innovative AI and data start-ups. He will also contribute to expanding modernization offers for information systems (IS) and cloud migration (Move to Cloud).
Jung Logistique is expanding to Belgium. As with all its logistics sites -whether company-owned or client-operated – the new warehouse will be managed using Hardis WMS. Hardis Supply Chain supports Jung’s growth strategy with its flexibility to handle a wide range of operations and its openness, which makes is easy to integrate with other solutions, especially automation.
- Hardis Group’s consolidated turnover increased by 5.2% compared to 2023. In 2024, the company experienced nearly 41% growth in its international operations.
- Software publishing now represents approximately 44% of total revenue.
Grenoble, March 27, 2025 – Hardis Group, a French consulting and IT services company, a pure Salesforce player through its subsidiary Cloudity, and a supply chain software publisher, has announced its financial results. Consolidated revenue for the 2024 financial year reached €196.8 million, up from €186.6 million in 2023. Growth was primarily driven by international expansion, both in Salesforce solution integration and software publishing activities.
International growth to drive 2024 growth
In detail, Hardis Group’s supply chain software publishing activity generated €86.3 million in revenue in 2024, reflecting an 11% increase. Cloudity, which focuses on Salesforce solution integration, exceeded €29 million in revenue, up 5%, while digital consulting and services activities saw minimal growth of 0.4%, impacted by a challenging economic environment in the French market.
The year 2024 was marked by strong international expansion. Revenue generated outside France rose by 40.6%, reaching €27.5 million. This figure includes contributions from two acquisitions: the first, in April 2024, was Reflex’s distributor and integrator in Italy; the second, in July 2024, was Magnus Black, a publisher of an order management system (OMS). Excluding these acquisitions, international organic growth stood at 20.4%.
“Cloudity has confirmed its position as the leader in Poland in the field of Salesforce solution integration. As for Reflex, its availability in SaaS on Google Cloud has accelerated international deployments, particularly in Asia and the United States. Whether for Supply Chain or Cloudity software, we are now carrying out more and more multi-country projects for large groups and successful mid-cap companies,” says Nicolas Odet, CEO of Hardis Group.
“For services, while 2024 was a challenging year, it allowed us to build new offerings, particularly around generative AI and cybersecurity, in addition to those we already offered: cloud, data and sustainable digital. In addition, following Meta’s decision to cease operating its Workplace solution, Cloudity has entered into a partnership with Workvivo,” adds Yvan Coutaz, Managing Director of Hardis Group.
2024 in terms of non-financial performance
Beyond the financial performance, Hardis Group launched a “Women in Tech” program in 2024, which has three objectives: developing the careers of women within the group, improving the attractiveness of tech professions to women and participating in the evolution of the place of women in the tech sector.
“In addition, we have been supporting inspiring high-level athletes for many years. At the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, we were proud to see Florian Jouanny add two Paralympic championship titles and a bronze medal in para-cycling to his collection, and we supported Emma Lunatti in rowing, as well as Anaïs Vincent in her first para-cycling participation,” continues Coutaz.
2025: a target of 207 million in turnover
In 2025, despite an economic and geopolitical context that remains uncertain, Hardis Group aims to achieve 5% growth, which would bring its consolidated turnover to 207 million euros.
To achieve its objectives, the group is counting on:
- The acceleration of its international development, particularly in the United States and the United Kingdom. “We are considering making new acquisitions, primarily in the United States, to expand both our supply chain solutions and our position as a global challenger,” says Odet.
- The reorganisation of its consulting and services division, coupled with new offerings around generative AI and cybersecurity. “At the beginning of 2025, a business unit dedicated to cybersecurity was created and we remain on the lookout for external growth opportunities in this area,” explains Coutaz.
- The pursuit of Cloudity’s development momentum in France, Central Europe, Germany and Switzerland.
Regarding CSR projects, the year 2025 will be devoted to expanding the initiatives launched in France to all of the group’s subsidiaries, as well as to conducting a double materiality analysis. This proactive approach, ahead of the application of the CSRD, will enable Hardis Group to measure both its impact on society and the environment and the impact of societal and environmental issues on its economic performance.
