Being a Team Leader of Hardis WMS (formerly Reflex WMS) consultants means:

  • Being part of a dynamic community of consultants.
  • Supporting our clients in their digital transformation.
  • Managing and developing a team of consultants, strengthening each individual’s skills, autonomy and engagement.
  • Serving as our clients’ primary point of contact for the functional aspects of their projects.

Your role

  •  Work closely with clients to ensure the successful delivery of all Hardis WMS implementation phases through to go-live: process design, configuration support, acceptance testing, training and go-live support.
    Lead design workshops to guide clients towards the most effective use of our solution.
  • Actively contribute to the consultant community through seminars, webinars, documenting best practices and sharing experience.
  • Follow the rules and procedures set out in the Information Systems Security Policy (PSSI) to ensure information security and data protection, particularly in the context of ISO 27001 certification.
  • Provide day-to-day team leadership by promoting the company’s vision and values, fostering cohesion and engagement, and supporting employees’ skills development, autonomy and accountability.
  • Organise and manage the team’s activities to ensure strong performance and fulfil commitments: set objectives, align resources with needs and lead HR processes (recruitment, annual performance reviews and training), with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance with internal policies and occupational health and safety requirements.

 

Follow the rules and procedures defined by the Information Security Policy (ISP) to ensure information security and data protection, particularly within the framework of ISO 27001 certification.

Profile required

Your profile
A degree in logistics information systems or supply chain management, equivalent to four or five years of higher education.
At least five years of professional experience.
Experience in an operational role.
Familiarity with supply chain management and warehouse management principles.
At least five years of management experience.


Knowledge of Hardis WMS or another WMS is essential.

 
Italian: C2 proficiency.
English: C1 proficiency.
French would be an asset.
