Women in tech
Women account for just 24% of the workforce in the digital and technology sector. At Hardis Group, we believe that women have a great deal to contribute to our industry, and to senior management roles more generally.
Our commitment
Champion the role of women in tech.
Raise awareness among our workforce to help women advance in their careers with us and progress to positions of responsibility.
Hire more women through collaboration with our partner schools.
Help women enter the tech industry, which is still male-dominated, by:
- Offering career development opportunities for our female employees.
- Establishing partnerships with charities and nonprofits to help women retrain.
- Setting up skills-sharing programs.
