Grenoble, October 22, 2025 – Hardis Group has announced the creation of two new wholly owned subsidiaries, Hardis Tech Services and Hardis Supply Chain. With this restructure, the Group is aiming to fast-track growth in its long-established markets: digital transformation and IT services, supply chain software publishing, and the integration of customer and employee engagement tools (Salesforce and Workvivo).
Three “pure players” driving growth
Hardis Group now operates as a holding company with three subsidiaries: Hardis Supply Chain and Cloudity, both of which have an international reach, and Hardis Tech Services, which focuses exclusively on the French market. The new structure reaffirms the Group’s ambition to drive growth through robust, specialized brands—each with a distinctive strategic positioning, a strong identity, and a clear area of expertise—while leveraging the parent company’s reputation to support the two newly created subsidiaries.
The three entities are led by a seasoned management team. Stéphane Cotet takes the helm of Hardis Tech Services, drawing on his expertise in IT services and digital transformation. Florent Boizard heads up Hardis Supply Chain, focusing primarily on continuing the subsidiary’s international expansion. Olivier Ribeyre leads Cloudity France, while Pawel Sobczak oversees Cloudity operations in Central Europe and the DACH region.
This new structure marks another step forward in implementing our strategy of becoming a leading player in each of our areas of expertise. It will also make it easier for us to make new, targeted acquisitions.
Nicolas Odet, President of Hardis Group
Attracting talent and expanding career opportunities
The restructure will also enable Hardis Group to better attract new talent, with rewarding career opportunities on offer across its subsidiaries.
We see this new structure as a way of strengthening our employer brand. The Group will continue supporting its operational entities in areas such as HR, finance, legal affairs, IT, security, communication, and cross-functional programs.
