Pre-Sales Functional Consultant – Reflex WMS (M/F)

As a Pre-Sales Consultant reporting to the Sales team, you will play a key role in providing functional expertise and guiding our clients throughout the sales process.
In this role, you will work in tandem with the Sales Representative to manage client cases and respond to RFPs. You will participate in presentations as a functional expert of our solutions, including the Reflex WMS.
Your ability to understand client needs, present our solutions, and provide business and project expertise is essential to the success of our engagements!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to specifications: analyzing needs and proposing the most suitable solution:
- Demonstrating solutions during client meetings
- Estimating and planning projects in line with prospect expectations
- Promoting our solutions at events and trade shows
- Contributing to the development of pre-sales strategies and tools, as well as to discussions on the evolution of our offerings
- Follow the rules and procedures defined by the Information Systems Security Policy (ISSP) to ensure information security and data protection, particularly within the framework of ISO 27001 certification.
Profile required
You hold a Master’s degree (BAC+5) and have at least three years of experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant, Logistics Consultant/Business Analyst, or Project Manager in the implementation of software solutions for the supply chain.
Are you eager to thrive in a commercially driven environment and contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding company? You are a team player, comfortable interacting with clients, autonomous, curious, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
You are fluent in Italian and English. Travel to client sites is expected for presentations, workshops, and collaboration.
