Reflex Logistics Solutions, Supply Chain software and technology company owned by the multinational company Hardis Group, is looking for a Warehouse Management Software Consultant (WMS) to join our Supply Chain Solutions department in Madrid.
Our Supply Chain Solutions department offers global solutions to improve your customers’ supply chain execution. The Reflex modular software package has customers worldwide and consultants such as Gartner position its WMS Reflex WMS among the leaders in Europe.
The Solutions Consultant participates in the implementation of software solutions, advises the customer in defining his needs and ensures that the functional solution provided is adapted to them. In collaboration with the implementation teams, he or she ensures that the software package (Reflex) is correctly implemented in the specific context of the customer.
Mission :
Definition of customer needs
and solution design:
- You will study the customer context (processes, organization, human context…) to understand the general requirements and define the functional perimeters.
- You will collect the customer’s needs (e.g. by organizing workshops) and analyze them to identify deviations from the standard product and define a solution that meets the specific needs.
- You will advise the customer and accompany him in the decision-making process to maintain functional consistency.
- You will write general functional analyses.
- You explain the customer’s requirements to the production team responsible for functional specifications and contribute to the drafting of detailed functional specifications.
Go Live Preparation:
- You will formalize scenarios and tests in order to control the conformity of the developments with respect to the detailed specifications and detect possible anomalies.
- You will perform internal pre-delivery tests and ensure that errors are corrected.
- You will train the customer and accompany him during the configuration phase.
- You will advise the customer on the methodology to prepare the Go Live.
Support during the deployment and follow-up of the client:
- You will support the customer during acceptance tests and production deployment tests.
- You will train the users (organization of training sessions, preparation of learning supports).
- You will participate in the beginning of the solution and accompany the customer during the production deployment.
- You will carry out functional audits.
- You will advise the customer and propose solutions for any anomalies that may arise.
Capitalization (Sales):
- You will contribute to the capitalization work and to the development of offers.
- Study of the functional requirements of the RFPs.
- Support for the sales team (conducting demos, etc.)
Profile required
Education : 4 or 5 years superior degree. Master in Logistics appreciable.
Wished experience
You will need to have extensive experience in logistics processes (Supply Chain), especially in warehouse environments. Functional knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is mandatory.
Will be valued:
Experience in WMS/WMS implementation projects.
Experience in consulting.
Key competencies
- Know how to create, manage and take care of the relationship with external customers and suppliers.
- Understand the environment and customer needs.
- Know how to influence and guide.
- Know how to lead a qualification/testing process (strategy, support).
- Know how to lead a design process (needs definition workshop, etc).
- Design and deliver training for users.
- Know how to structure and write professional documents (technical specifications, functional specifications, procedures, proposals, reports, etc).
Languages:
- Native Spanish mandatory
- English indispensable
- French appreciable
