As a Solution Consultant, you play a key role in translating business requirements into successful implementations and guiding customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Main missions
Project implementation
- Lead or support the implementation of customer solutions from analysis through go-live
- Coordinate implementation activities and ensure alignment between customer expectations and project scope
- Identify risks, dependencies and potential roadblocks early, and take ownership of implementation progress to drive success
- Ensure implementation activities are performed in line with our information security policies
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and professional follow-up
Solution design
- Translate customer requirements into functional solution designs
- Advise customers on best practices, standard functionalities, and optimal system setup
- Identify gaps between business requirements and standard solution capabilities, and propose suitable alternatives and product improvements
- Work closely with technical and functional specialists to validate and implement proposed solutions
Participate in project go-lives
- Prepare and execute testing activities together with the customer and internal stakeholders
- Participate in and coordinate important go-lives and support both the customer and project team
