Your role
As a Functional WMS Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor for our clients. You will ensure that their WMS solution aligns perfectly with their logistics processes. Working closely with client teams, you will facilitate a smooth implementation and ensure users get the most out of the system.
Your responsibilities
- Analysis & Advice: assess customer needs and translate them into functional solutions.
- Decision-Making Support: advise clients on WMS configuration and setup.
- Implementation Support: ensure a smooth implementation from preparation to Go-Live, while training key users.
- Continuous Improvement: support clients in optimizing their logistics processes even after implementation.
