The European leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of advanced wireless radio transmission systems, Adeunis RF, has been entrusting management of its reporting to MyReport since 2010. The project, in collaboration with Hardis Group, allows each company service to easily define the most relevant analysis indicators and produce its own dashboards.

A need for modernity
Created in 1993, Adeunis RF successfully develops and markets innovative transmission systems (RF, Wireless M-Bus, Bluetooth®, Wifi) and makes a turnover of € 9 million.
Adeunis RF's development today is based equally on three product lines, which are:
- radio transmission modules for on-board use in conventional electronic equipment,
- finished products ("off the shelf" or "ready-made" solutions), tested, packaged and certified to be coupled with a client solution,
- wireless audio conferencing systems, hands-free, multi-user with noise filter, without fixed base, sold under the Vokkero brand.
In 2010, the company acquired a CAMM system to generate static data lists that were difficult to use, and did not allow calculations to be made or cross-referencing with other data sources. The design of the monthly reporting tables required a lot of data re-entry and took three man-days, which proved to be unproductive.
To put an end to this periodic reprocessing of information, Adeunis RF made an inventory of existing solutions, and wrote up a set of specifications detailing its requirements. The new solution had to:
- allow the collection of data from existing sources in the company (CPAMM, CRM, etc.)
- make it possible to go back and use the data in MS Excel®, a tool which is familiar to users,
- enable the production of reliable, standardized indicators for the different departments of the company (industrial, commercial, HR and financial).
MyReport: an acclaimed choice within the company
To carry out the project, Adeunis RF was backed by Hardis Group, a local integrator recognized for its expertise and whose independence is a guarantee of objectivity. The decision was quickly made to turn to the reporting solution MyReport.

So Hardis Group deployed MyReport at Adeunis RF to manage its analytical requirements (margin calculation, visibility of the order book, etc.) by connecting to internal data sources (CPAMM Cegid Produflex, CRM under WinDev, etc.).
Today, with MyReport, department managers can set up the indicators of their choice according to their needs, calculate and format the data (respecting confidentiality and the rights granted to them), and control the activity of their department in real time. Setting up the MyReport solution has brought Adeunis RF numerous advantages, including:
- Time saved: where before 3 days were needed to get out an indicator, it now takes only a few hours.
- Reliability: the figures are updated in real time from the source data. Manual data entry, often a source of errors, is no longer required.
- The tool is quick to learn, even for those who are not very comfortable with computers.
- The restitution software in MS Excel® is easy to use and ergonomic.
This is an on-going collaboration.
Today, one person in five at Adeunis RF uses MyReport on a daily basis. The company now wants to devote itself to the next stage of its decision-making aid project with MyReport Messenger, which will allow the dissemination and sharing of indicators internally at programmed intervals or triggered, through monitoring alerts.
