Since it was created in 1984 by four college friends, Hardis Group has been operating both as a business service company in computer engineering and as a software company. The company has developed gradually. Its founding managers still head up the company despite introducing a management transition plan in 2012.

Christian Balmain, Founding President

Christian Balmain founded Hardis Group in 1984 with three other partners. The company specialized from the outset in the development of management applications in IBM environments. Still President of the company after thirty years of profitable growth, he has built and united a committed and enthusiastic team, and has surrounded himself with young talent over the years.

Nicolas Odet, Managing Director

CEO of Hardis Group since 2014, Nicolas Odet joined Hardis in 2000 and successively held the positions of Head of Sales and Marketing in the New Technologies Skills department, Director of the Infrastructure and Facilities Management Department from 2006 to 2008, Director of Services, Marketing and communication from 2009 to 2012, then the position of Executive Vice President from 2013 to April 2014. As a member of the executive committee, he participates in the definition of the group's strategic orientations and their definition in operational terms. Nicolas Odet led Hardis Group's transformation to cloud computing, digitization and omni-channel.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Yvan Coutaz, Managing Director

Yvan Coutaz joined Hardis Group in 2000 to take part in the creation of the Consulting & Project Owner Assistance group subsidiary, for which he successively held the functions of organization and information system consultant, Head of the project owner support activity and Managing Director in 2010. In early 2013, he was promoted to Executive Vice President. As a member of the executive committee, he participates in the definition of the group's strategic orientations and their definition in operational terms. Marie-Agnès Brochier, Human Resources Director

Marie-Agnès Brochier joined Hardis Group in 2013, after acquiring a solid HR background in international groups and different areas of activity such as consumer goods and health. She is convinced that it is important to get employees involved in their own development. She also believes that the HR department should be positioned as a business partner, with employees at the center of the Hardis Group growth strategy. She was behind the Capital Skills initiative undertaken to support the group's ambitious strategic plan.
