Reflex Logistics Solutions, a software and
technology company for the supply chain belonging to the multinational Hardis
Group, is looking for a warehouse management software (WMS) consultant to join
our Supply Chain Solutions department in Madrid.
Our Supply Chain Solutions department
offers comprehensive solutions to improve the execution of our clients’ supply
chains. The modular software package Reflex has clients worldwide, and
consultancies like Gartner position its WMS Reflex among the leaders in Europe.
As a point of contact, you will be key with
clients and within your Business Unit. The Project Manager is responsible for
the contractual commitments made with the client, as well as the economic
performance (quality, delivery deadlines, budget, and profitability, client
satisfaction) of the projects delivered by the teams under their
responsibility.
You will oversee the delivery of the
project in technical and human terms, respecting delivery deadlines and cost
requirements, and control the relationship with the client in relation to the
Sales Engineers.
You will play a key role in representing
Hardis to its clients.
Main functions:
Project management:

Define and control the service commitments of projects (scope, cost, time,
quality).

Define and manage the success criteria of a project.
–
Anticipate the technical and financial risks of the project; define action
plans to maintain critical paths and mitigate project risks.

Manage performance and contribute to the profitability of your projects.
– Manage the planning of the project team
and resources according to priorities.
– Lead the delivery of important work,
missions, or projects.
Billing:
–
Prepare and manage Steering committee: validation of presentations and reports
(drafting these if necessary).

Participate in project meetings/governance bodies and prepare reports, etc.
–
Conduct financial follow-up and ensure timely billing.
– Coordinate the different contacts
involved in the project (clients, suppliers, subcontractors, etc.).
– Present reports to company management.
Profile required
- 4 or 5-year higher education diploma.
- Master's degree in logistics preferred.
Languages:
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- French desirable.
Desired experience:
- More than 3 years in project management and team management.
- Knowledge in logistics.
- Knowledge of WMS/SOA - Desired.
Key skills:
- Ability to create, manage, and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Understand the environment and issues of clients.
- Be able to structure and write project documentation (specifications, procedures, proposals, reports, etc.).
- Act with vision and motivate.
- Implement a project methodology and carry out the operational management of a project.
- Be able to negotiate (arguments, presentation, calmness, closure).
- Support and develop people.
- Be able to influence and guide.
- English essential, French valuable.
Experience in implementing WMS and especially Reflex WMS will be valued. Your adaptability, service mindset, autonomy, proactivity, and interpersonal skills will be important assets for your development in the company.
