Tech for good
Our vision of CSR
At Hardis Group, we support our customers through their business and IT transformation journey, guided by our values of commitment, trust, performance, innovation, and ambition.
As a software vendor, IT consulting and solutions provider, cloud specialist and more, we have a duty to deploy digital technology in a responsible, ethical, and inclusive manner.
With an expansive footprint spanning every part of France and far beyond, we employ men and women from diverse backgrounds and cultures. As such, our role is to apply responsible, participatory management practices to help our people grow.
As a corporate citizen, we also want to play our part in opening up access to careers in tech to all.
And because digital technology is now central to our daily lives—at home and at work—we are working to reduce its impact on the environment.
CSR commitments backed by the Executive Committee and employees
Our vision of what it means to be a responsible corporate citizen revolves around three main areas of focus—all of which we address both internally and with our stakeholders (shareholders, customers, partners, schools, local communities, and more):
- Fostering diversity
- Reducing our environmental impact
- Investing in education and training
Employee initiatives
Many of our CSR initiatives are led by our employees and reflect our corporate culture. This culture is deeply embedded in our DNA and recognized by our customers and partners, as well by our employees and job applicants—all of whom share our human values of commitment, performance, innovation, and ambition (learn more about our values).
