Expectations around responsible digital practices are challenging companies not only on their intentions, but on their ability to demonstrate real implementation. This NR1 label from Agence Lucie provides a recognized seal that is expected by Hardis Group France’s clients, as well as those of its subsidiaries Hardis Tech Services, Hardis Supply Chain, and Cloudity.
A sustainable approach implemented on the ground
Responsible digital practices have been integrated into our CSR approach since 2022, and our teams incorporate them directly into their projects:
- reduction of the environmental impact of our IT equipment;
- integration of eco-design and accessibility best practices into digital services;
- supporting our clients in the concrete implementation of these challenges.
The objective is simple: to address these topics at the same level as performance or security. The certification also comes with a long-term commitment to sustaining the approach over time. A roadmap of 20 commitments has been established for the next two years, with priorities such as a low-carbon trajectory, the widespread deployment of eco-design and accessibility, and the governance of practices around AI.
An audit based on a structured framework
The NR1 label is not based on simple self-declaration; it relies on a structured framework and an independent assessment carried out by a certification committee. For Hardis Group France, the milestone has been reached. “This label recognizes our responsible digital approach and measures the scale of the actions carried out by our employees over several years,” explains Colline Lapina, Head of Responsible Digital Practice.
With a score of 632.73 out of 1,000, the level achieved far exceeds the required threshold of 300 points.
A criterion that is becoming part of client discussions
On the business side, the topic of responsible digital practices is no longer theoretical. It is now directly part of commercial relationships, from the very first discussions.
“It is increasingly common for our clients to challenge us on our CSR and responsible digital commitments. Decision-making criteria are now appearing in tenders, accounting for up to 15 to 20% of the final evaluation,” shares Anne Darricades, CSR Program Director at Hardis Group.
The label therefore plays an important role and provides tangible proof of the ability to deliver services responsibly. This evidence weighs in the final decision when selecting a provider.
