Hardis Group is continuing its growth in software activities and is recruiting a Technical consultant to strengthen the Integration team within our Logistics Solutions Department.

Your responsibilities
As a Technical Consultant, you are responsible for the quality and smooth operation of delivered solutions.
You will be involved in all stages of a project: scoping, design, development, deployment, and client support.
You will act as a key link between internal teams and customers, able to simplify technical concepts and propose the best solutions.
- Participate in the analysis and technical design of solutions (specifications, mockups, prototypes).
- Carry out developments, unit testing, and integration tasks.
- Contribute to the setup and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead and coach developers, share best practices, and ensure code quality.
- Guarantee the security, maintainability, and performance of developments (code reviews, refactoring, security standards).
- Take part in continuous improvement and technology watch.
- Ensure clear communication with clients and project stakeholders.
Profile required
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Solid experience in software development and system integration (Java, .NET, or equivalent technologies).
- Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD tools, and software engineering best practices.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Good communication skills in both French and English.
- Autonomous, analytical mindset, and keen attention to detail.
