This development and business transformation consulting specialist takes over one of Hardis Group's four strategic business lines.

Nicolas Gallée, Business Consulting Director, Hardis Group Hardis Group, a consultancy firm, digital services company and independent software vendor, announces the appointment of Nicolas Gallée as Business Consulting Director. This strategic business line (SBL) comprises advisory activities in innovation, digital transformation, transformation of organizations and businesses, transformation of information systems, project management activities and project owner support.

Aged 42, Nicolas Gallée has over 15 years of experience in operational management and organizational consulting positions. Reporting directly to Yvan Coutaz, Executive Vice President, he is responsible for the further development of consulting activities with high added value in its target markets (insurance, logistics, distribution, industry and services), including strengthening the "innovation and digital" line. At the same time, like the other SBL directors, he will be responsible for continuing the implementation of cross-business synergies within Hardis Group, and contributing to the various transformation initiatives of the "Hardis Group 2018 : c’est nous !" strategic plan.

Since 2008, Nicolas Gallée had been a partner in the consulting firm Lasce Associates, a management consulting firm, specializing in organizational performance, complex project management, and industrial and logistics competitiveness. Before that, he worked for six years for the international logistics group GEFCO, first in charge of administration and performance management, then of business development activities in Mercosur. Nicolas Gallée started his career as a supply chain and organization consultant with Newton Vaureal.

He graduated from INSA Strasbourg (academic year 1999) and obtained a master's degree specializing in the supply chain from ESSEC in 2000. In 2016, he followed a course in advanced studies for economic development (CHEDE) at the Institute of Public Management and Economic Development (Institut de la gestion publique et du développement économique - IGPDE).
